Nicholas Otte is a writer and musician from New York.

His prose and essays can be seen in Words Without Borders, The Alternative, Post-Trash, and other publications. His debut novella, “Calliope, Suspended” was self-published in hardcover. He is the co-founder and editor of Not Entirely Unlike, an artistic collective and zine. He is currently pursuing an MFA in creative writing at The City College of New York, where he also teaches undergraduate writing.
